You are a highly motivated individual interested in joining our team as a Leading Team Leader / Trainer for our supermarket filling crew and team leaders in supermarkets.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading and training new Team Managers, motivating teams to ensure efficient and compliant shelving of products in stores.

You will play an important role in opening new shops, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive reports to the Eurojob office, including detailed information about the teams. You must be able to move between different shops and work with the team as needed, so a driving license is a MUST. We will provide a car for your use.

You will regularly assess the quality and performance of team members, implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Your experience in a similar environment will be highly valuable. Due to the high level of responsibility, you will motivate the team to achieve targets collectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

In your role as a Leading Team Leader / Trainer, your main responsibility will be to lead and train teams during evening and early morning shifts, ensuring smooth operations during these critical hours. The start time is flexible and will depend on the specific shop needs, typically between 20 : 00 and 22 : 00, ending around 01 : 00 or 06 : 00, with occasional shifts ending at 07 : 00 or 08 : 00. Flexibility is essential.
