We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and operational setup of new branches in Europe and Asia. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of expansion projects, including IT infrastructure, core systems deployment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure both entities are fully operational within the set timeline.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and delivery of new office setup projects in Europe and Asia.
- Ensure initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Planning & Execution :
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee implementation of core technologies and local operational frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement :
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Legal, HR, Finance) and external partners.
- Maintain clear, transparent communication with all project stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and dependencies; lead mitigation and change control activities.
- Adapt plans as needed to reflect evolving business or regulatory requirements.
Team & Resource Management :
- Manage cross-functional and remote teams across time zones.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Governance & Reporting :
- Follow project governance standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates, status reports, and escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in IT and / or business transformation projects.
- Proven track record in leading office or entity setup projects in international contexts.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Boards, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM, and MS Project.
- Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish is an advantage. Additional languages are a bonus.
