What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be at the heart of generating opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing prioritized accounts in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC to improve segmentation and data quality.
  • Following up on events and online demand, qualifying leads, and delivering high-quality data to the sales team.
  • Supporting local promotional offers (bundle deals, new product launches, stock clearance, etc.).
  • Profiling and updating customer contact details to enhance database accuracy.
  • Transforming unqualified leads into qualified, profiled opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to support post-event lead generation activities.
  • Partnering with telesales and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and opportunity follow-up.
