Talent Acquisition Director @ ALS | Human Resource Management

At ALS, we encourage you to dream big.

When you join ALS, you join a purpose and values-driven team that empowers you to innovate, create, and thrive.

Are you passionate about growing leadership capability and fostering a culture of inclusion?

We’re looking for a Leadership Development & DEI Manager to join our global Organizational Development & Talent team in either Madrid or Lisbon . This role will lead the design and delivery of high-impact development programs and drive the global DEI strategy across our operations in over 70 countries. It’s a rare opportunity to influence our leadership culture, strengthen belonging, and make a difference at scale.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Director, OD & Talent, this role will partner with HR and business leaders across regions to elevate leadership capability and embed inclusive practices throughout the employee experience. You’ll bring strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and a global mindset to this high-impact role.

Acting as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, you will identify needs, co-design solutions, and deliver impactful outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with regional HR teams and global stakeholders to share best practices, align initiatives, and support local implementation. You will track and report on the effectiveness of leadership and DEI initiatives, while also staying informed on global trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Do

Leadership Development

  • Design and deliver global leadership programs for all levels — from emerging leaders to senior executives.
  • Introduce innovative learning methods (virtual, in-person, mobile) to ensure programs are accessible, engaging, and scalable.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and team development sessions — especially for senior leadership teams.
  • Align leadership programs with broader talent processes such as performance management and succession planning.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year DEI roadmap with measurable goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to champion inclusive culture change and communicate DEI priorities.
  • Support and expand our network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and develop training and awareness programs that promote allyship and belonging.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in leadership development and DEI, ideally in a global or multicultural organization.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills — especially with executive audiences.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for DEI principles and practical implementation.
  • Proven ability to balance strategy with execution — you’re as comfortable designing a program as you are delivering it.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and dashboards to inform decisions.
  • Culturally sensitive, with a global mindset and experience working across regions.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
