A leading manufacturer in the wind energy sector seeks a Customer Warranty Technical Leader for its Customer Warranty Management (CWM) Department. The successful candidate will lead projects focused on optimizing wind blade products at customer sites, ensuring compliance and quality through effective leadership and technical expertise. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, engineering qualifications, and a proactive attitude.
TPI Composites is the leading wind-blade manufacturer and the only independent wind blade manufacturer with a global footprint. We are looking for a motivated Customer Warranty Technical Leader to join our Customer Warranty Management (CWM) Department. The position reports to the Problem-Solving Manager.
Key Objectives
The new Customer Warranty Management (CWM) Department oversees TPI Composite blade products' integrity at customer sites (wind farms) within the warranty period. As our Customer Warranty Technical Leader, you should be an excellent communicator and a recognized technical leader in composites engineering, manufacturing, and problem solving. You should possess direct knowledge of wind blade production processes, including infusion, composite repair, inspection, troubleshooting, failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and design for manufacturability.
