Job summary

K&K Social Resources & Development GmbH is seeking a Lead Consultant - Workday Technical to design, implement, and support complex Workday integrations and reporting across Europe. You will work with EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and security frameworks while collaborating with clients and functional teams.

The role requires strong technical Workday experience, certification and a proactive, client-facing approach in a fast-paced environment. International travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dedicated technical Workday role.
• Experience across 3 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Strong hands-on work with Workday Studio, EIB and core connectors.
• Experience with Workday web services and APIs for integrations.
• Design and deliver advanced reporting and calculated fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using native tools.
• Develop and support EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Create and maintain advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
• Configure Workday security policies and governance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
