Cascada Marbella in Marbella, Spain, is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead our dining room and deliver warm, attentive service daily.

You will supervise the floor team, coordinate with kitchen and bar, take orders, handle guest requests, and ensure guests feel welcome. English is required; other languages are a plus. This full-time position includes staff meals, accommodation if needed, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow with us.

Formación

• Solid experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant.
• Enjoy leading a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Clear communication and staying calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Good English; other languages are a plus.
