Manychat is seeking a Staff UX Researcher to lead high‑impact, domain‑driven research that informs product strategy for a customer‑centric AI automation platform. You will own the research agenda, mentor other researchers, and collaborate across product, design, and data science to deliver durable insights.

You will present to C‑level leaders, influence planning and roadmaps, and ensure ethical handling of participants and data while scaling the research practice across teams.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of leading high‑impact UX research at software companies.
• Expertise in research design with strong methodological breadth.
• Ability to connect domain expertise to product strategy.
• Experience presenting to C‑level and senior leaders.
• Shaping roadmap‑level trade‑offs with research insights.
• Mentoring researchers and scaling research operations.
• Establishing AI‑in‑research guardrails and durable synthesis practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business‑critical research initiatives for a product area from framing to decision.
• Build domain expertise and synthesize across studies to form a durable viewpoint.
• Design mixed‑methods programs combining behavioral data, surveys, and qualitative work.
• Partner with product, design, and data science to size, segment, and measure impact.
• Influence leadership with clear, actionable findings and ethically sound practices.
