A global tech leader is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to join their product team. This is a chance to drive research at scale, shaping enterprise products used by millions.

Location : Barcelona (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Start Date : ASAP

Contract : 3 months (Possibility to extend and go perm)

What you'll do :

• Lead Research from End to End, Plan, run, and deliver impactful research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate behaviours into insights that influence product strategy.
• Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with global teams to align on user needs.
• Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to your work (UserTesting, Maze, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Present findings that inspire action, not just awareness.

What You’ll Bring :

• Proven UX research experience in digital products (SaaS, web, or mobile).
• Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and more.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influence.
• A curious mindset and agile approach to problem-solving.
