Scopely is seeking a Lead UX Designer for Star Trek Fleet Command, based in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You will set design standards, own the UX vision for new features, and transform complex requirements into intuitive flows. You will mentor teammates and work closely with product, designers and artists to refine ideas.

To succeed, lead with curiosity and a player-centered approach, using data and playtest feedback to drive long-term UX consistency across live services.

Formación

• Proven leadership in Game UX for live-service games.
• Experience mentoring and guiding team members.
• Strong understanding of player-centered design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Set design standards, best practices, and strategic UX vision for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Own aspirational UX for new features and player experiences; transform complex requirements into intuitive flows.
• Build deep game knowledge to ground decisions in real player perspectives and experiences.
• Collaborate with product teams, game designers and artists to refine ideas and stay aligned.
• Leverage feedback and data to refine designs and improve long-term UX consistency.
