Scopely is seeking a Director of Product, Features to lead the features teams for Star Trek Fleet Command based in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The role owns long-range strategic planning across the game’s Features, guiding cross-functional partners to deliver a product that meets vision and strategy, with responsibility for KPI-driven growth and monetisation from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.

Formación

• Strong leadership skills and track record managing product teams.
• Deep analytical ability with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of game design concepts and monetisation.
• Experience hitting revenue/metric targets on live games.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• MBA or related business/finance degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the business performance of the Features function and drive KPI growth.
• Own the roadmap for Features, guiding cross-functional partners to deliver on strategy.
• Formulate product strategy and create engaging game mechanics and loops.
• See feature development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Lead engagement and monetisation for major feature releases.
• Monitor product health using data insights and identify opportunities.
