Schneider Electric Spain is seeking a Test Leader to define and execute the overall testing strategy ensuring product quality and compliance. You will coordinate verification, validation, and certification activities across system levels, and drive collaboration for robust, reliable solutions.

You will lead test planning, risk mitigation, and alignment with cross-functional teams, including external laboratories, while ensuring traceability from requirements to test outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in electromechanical lab environments.
• Experience in agile product development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the testing strategy to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Coordinate verification, validation and certification activities across system levels.
• Lead test planning and execution with Test Engineers or labs.
• Define test plans and schedules considering standards and certification needs.
• Review and approve test documentation and reports.
