Celestia Technologies Group is hiring a Ground Segment Systems Engineer / Project Manager for Madrid. The role involves cross‑disciplinary work on satellite ground segment projects, navigation satellite architecture, interfaces, and trade‑offs within ECSS guidelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate across engineering teams and project management to deliver innovative RF and ground station solutions from office in Madrid, with occasional travel.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Systems Engineering.
• Experience in Satellite Ground Segment Projects and Ground Station Engineering.
• Familiarity with ECSS project standards is desirable.

With increasing commitments and anticipated growth, we are hiring engineers across several disciplines at both offices in Santander and Madrid, Spain. This specific role is for a Ground Segment Systems Engineer / Project Manager to join the team based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

The new colleague will be a cross-trained Senior System Engineer with Project Management skills able to face new challenges and has experience in Satellite Ground Segment Projects and Ground Station Engineering. You will be involved in Ground Segment System Engineering activities with special focus on Navigation satellites (high level architecture and interfaces definition, state‑of‑the‑art and trade-offs and analysis).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

If you know your Satellite Communications, Satellite Navigation, Ground Stations Engineering and Space Project Management organisation standards (ECSS) this could be just the role for you.

Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Systems Engineering.
