Scopely is seeking a Lead Systems Designer for Star Trek Fleet Command in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. You will shape the standards, direction, and experiences that define how millions of players grow and engage with monthly content updates and beyond.

In this role, you will own the feature pipeline, manage designers, and craft economies, progression pacing, and long-term system health for a live F2P game. You’ll model systems in Excel/Sheets and collaborate across disciplines to drive player

Formación

• 2+ years of game design leadership experience.
• 8+ years designing systems or economies for live, F2P games.
• Proven track record delivering features balancing fun, engagement, monetisation.
• Confident people manager capable of growing talent.
• Experience across concept, progression, interface, monetization, and retention.
• Translate KPI targets and data into design direction.
• Mastery of spreadsheets and balancing power curves and pacing.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration in live production.
• Positive, collaborative approach to game development.

Responsabilidades

• Own the feature pipeline and lead designers in crafting experiences.
• Guide teams to hit vision and deliver player and product needs.
• Hands-on in building gameplay experiences focused on resources and growth.
• Create systems enabling player agency and long-term investment.
• Mentor designers in systems and economy design.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, analysts, and engineers to implement features.
• Evaluate performance using data and playtests.
• Plan for long-term content extensibility and system health.
