Scopely is seeking a Game Design Director for Star Trek Fleet Command in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. The candidate will own design standards and the content pipeline, directing designers and live ops to craft compelling experiences for millions of players.

Formación

• 5+ years of game design leadership experience.
• 8+ years designing systems or economies for live, F2P games (MMO/4X/strategy).
• Deep mastery of complex game economies in F2P.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to provide clear creative direction and managerial feedback.
• Experience across concept, progression, monetization, and retention.
• Ability to translate KPI targets and data into design direction.
• Mastery of spreadsheets and balancing power curves, pacing, resources.
