Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe leads structural test programs, coordinating global activities and resources to meet safety and specification standards. You will shape instrumentation for in-flight load measurements and oversee tooling and testing tool integrity, acting as a Test Leader for new programs.

The role requires 5+ years in Structural Testing or related fields and education in Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering, plus advanced English and Spanish.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in Structural Testing, Mechanical Assembly, or Engineering Test Management.
• Education in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural test programs and oversee global test planning, resources, and KPI achievement.
• Coordinate cross-functional test activities and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Define and issue Test Plans, Test Results, and instrumentation records.
• Prepare test load programs (actuator loads) and contribute to instrumentation definitions.
• Oversee tooling manufacturing, assembly, and technical approval of tool parts.
• Perform structural integrity analyses and coordinate inspections for tool/setup integrity.
• Provide ongoing technical support and drive cross-functional alignment across teams.
