Grupo Oliva Nova's Oliva Nova Equestrian Center is seeking a Stable Manager responsible for the welfare of clients and horses, packing and registrations, and ensuring safety during competitions and training periods.

You will lead the stable team, coordinate with reservations, and oversee box allocation, maintenance, and incident resolution to deliver outstanding service in a premium equestrian setting.

Formación

• Intermediate English; additional languages are an asset.
• Forklift license highly valued.
• Basic knowledge of horses and equestrian competitions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in equestrian events or similar environments.
• Ability to work under pressure with organization, initiative, and strong customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the stable plan before competitions, coordinating with reservations and addressing client needs.
• Manage horse check-in/check-out with accurate horse/vehicle registration.
• Maintain up-to-date information in the internal Stable App.
• Supervise allocation of boxes and tack rooms; coordinate supplies on arrival.
• Inspect trucks, trailers, and electrical connections to ensure facilities are in good condition.
• Coordinate external providers: mechanical support, manure removal, cleaning, maintenance.
• Organize cleaning and closure of boxes after horse departures.
• Assist in organizing veterinary inspections during competitions.
• Lead the stable team, ensuring cleaning, maintenance and safety procedures.
• Handle and resolve incidents in the stables with professionalism and efficiency.
