Lead Specialist Group RA Data Compliance

Join our Data Management Team in Regulatory Affairs, where we leverage technology to transform regulatory information into meaningful data. This key role involves encoding data into our database for regional and global regulations and customer guidelines, facilitating compliance assessment for products developed within our P&B Business Unit. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Input new regulatory requirements (client, regional/global, internal, etc.) into corporate databases.
  • Identify and communicate the impact of regulatory changes.
  • Ensure data and documentation integrity.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in regulatory data management.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing information systems and databases.
  • Provide top-tier support on fragrance regulatory aspects; participate in cross-functional regulatory projects.

You bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with good knowledge of fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical regulations, safety data sheets, and database systems; proficiency in MS Office.
  • Service-oriented, results-driven; forward-thinking and creative; strong communication and presentation skills; detail-oriented; hands-on mentality.
  • A curious mindset, embracing challenges and pioneering innovative solutions for positive change.
  • Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and respecting diverse perspectives.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French or Portuguese are a plus.
