ERNI in Barcelona/Sabadell seeks a Senior Software Technical Lead to shape the technology roadmap and guide architectural decisions. You will drive software product strategy and lead engineering efforts across interconnected digital solutions.

Can you imagine leading the technical evolution of digital software solutions in the robotics and industrial sector?

Join our expert team to work on a Robotics and Industrial Automation project, contributing to the evolution of interconnected digital software solutions. You will apply your knowledge of Node.js and React to define technology strategies, guide architectural decisions and drive the software product roadmap.

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead, Software Architect or Lead Developer, with a strong software engineering background and technical leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React, with the ability to guide software architecture and technology decisions.

• Experience defining software product roadmaps, technology strategies and managing dependencies across interconnected digital solutions.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical decisions, lead engineering teams and contribute to pre-sales and solution definition activities.

• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work on-site 2 days per week in Barcelona- Sabadell. Experience with Python, robotics or industrial automation is a plus.

You will be responsible for defining and evolving the technology roadmap of a digital software product while guiding the engineering team and supporting strategic decisions. You will drive architectural direction, manage dependencies across digital solutions, coordinate with technical stakeholders and ensure scalability, maintainability and alignment with the broader digital ecosystem.
