Job summary

ERNI is seeking a Senior Software Technical Lead to shape the technology roadmap of a digital product. You will guide architecture, coordinate dependencies, and lead engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Seeking someone with strong Node.js and React expertise, capable of guiding decisions and contributing to pre-sales. Advanced English and on-site work 2 days/week in Barcelona area are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead, Software Architect or Lead Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React, with the ability to guide software architecture and technology decisions.
• Experience defining software product roadmaps, technology strategies and managing dependencies across interconnected digital solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical decisions, lead engineering teams and contribute to pre-sales and solution definition activities.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work on-site 2 days per week in Barcelona- Sabadell.

What you will bring

Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead, Software Architect or Lead Developer, with a strong software engineering background and technical leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of Node.js and React, with the ability to guide software architecture and technology decisions.

Advanced English proficiency and availability to work on-site 2 days per week in Barcelona- Sabadell. Experience with Python, robotics or industrial automation is a plus.

You will be responsible for defining and evolving the technology roadmap of a digital software product while guiding the engineering team and supporting strategic decisions. You will drive architectural direction, manage dependencies across digital solutions, coordinate with technical stakeholders and ensure scalability, maintainability and alignment with the broader digital ecosystem.
