Confluence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the Omnia Platform, joining a global engineering group building a modern, multi-tenant SaaS solution used by institutional clients. You will own complex engineering challenges, influence architecture, and shape the platform’s future.

You’ll design, develop and evolve the Omnia platform, collaborating across Spain, the US, and Vietnam. This hands-on leadership role includes mentoring teams and driving best practices while leveraging AI-assisted

Formación

• Extensive software engineering experience with C# and .NET in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building multi-tenant cloud platforms and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of scalable architecture and data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Work withMongoDB Atlas and optimise data models and performance.
• Drive reliability, deployment, and scalability of cloud-native services on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Develop data processing and calculation workflows using Python.
• Contribute across the full stack with React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Champion software quality, testing, and code reviews.
