Lead Software Engineer / Fullstack / React o React Native / Python

Location : Barcelona, Spain.

Work Model : Hybrid (1 day per week in the Barcelona office is fine).

Salary : Up to 85k

We are looking for Senior Fullstack profiles to join an international tech company that I'm sure you're familiar with. We're seeking experienced professionals who have led or mentored teams and are currently living in, or interested in relocating to, Barcelona, Spain.

Requirements :

• 5 / 6+ years of experience as a professional software developer.
• Experience working with Frontend / React or React Native.
• Experience with Python or another backend language.
• Experience in mentoring or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of best practices, clean code, SOLID principles, automation testing, and more.

• You will be a reference for the team. You will collaborate and mentor junior or mid-level profiles who need your help.
• Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Be committed to building, fostering, and maintaining a culture of inclusion and diversity, both in our teams and in our products.
• Adopt progressive engineering practices, including a continuous deployment pipeline, automated testing, and deployment.
• Take the quality of our production operation seriously. We have thorough monitoring of systems, applications, user interactions, and anomaly detection.
