Do you have a software engineering background and strong knowledge of MS Dynamics? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Lead MS Dynamics Developer.

Our teams work in highly agile environments for Fortune 500 clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are seeking a Lead MS Dynamics Developer with an open-minded personality who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.

Remote work across Spain is possible for this role.

What You'll Do

• Develop Outlook queues / shared Inbox for small teams
• Develop core Inbox functionality, workflow, and message distribution to the right Queue / Crew members based on defined attributes and service levels
• Manage direct email communication to clients, including vacation coverage and backup logic
• Handle Queue management within Dynamics, including forms, views, etc.
• Manage email templates and content, including versioning capabilities
• Integrate with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange, with the method to be determined during design (e.g., web service, Boomi)

What You Have

• 6+ years of development and customization experience with MS Dynamics CRM products
• Experience integrating MS Dynamics CRM with external systems
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM (on-premises and online) out-of-the-box functionality
• Experience developing MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, and Actions
• Experience with WCF and WebAPI
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles
• Good understanding of Design Patterns
• Knowledge of unit testing concepts
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and/or Azure DevOps
• Experience working within Agile practices
• Advanced spoken English skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics on-premises and online
• Knowledge of .NET Core and ASP.NET Core
• Development experience with ASP.NET MVC
• Knowledge of JS frameworks (AngularJS, Angular 2, React)
• Experience with MS Azure Services (App Service, Service Bus)
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with TypeScript
