Discover International nearshore Europe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP MES within pharmaceutical operations. This fully remote role requires coordinating across IT, operations, quality, and regulatory teams to deliver on GMP-compliant projects.

You will manage SAP MES interfaces, oversee risk and change management, and report to senior stakeholders while mentoring junior project managers. Fluent English required.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years managing SAP MES projects in pharma/life sciences.
• Experience with GMP, regulatory environments (GxP, GDP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementation, integration, interface, and upgrade projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams across IT, operations, quality, and regulatory.
• Drive risk management and change management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other pharmaceutical regulations.
• Provide senior-level reporting and mentor junior project managers.
