The role requires collaboration with engineering and vendors, training staff, and analyzing best practices to enhance product quality and safety. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and several years of experience in food manufacturing settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field required.
• 3-5 years experience in Food Plant Manufacturing (Maintenance, Production, Quality) necessary.

This role involves leading the development, implementation, training, problem-solving, best practices, and technical support in Sanitation across European plants and joint ventures outside Europe.

• Support the creation and execution of sanitation quality standards and plant standard operating procedures.
• Participate in sanitation programs and training for plant sanitarians and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and vendors to ensure equipment meets sanitary and regulatory standards.
• Analyze data from audits, pathogen monitoring, inspections, and complaints to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Use key performance indicators and metrics proactively to prevent issues affecting product quality and safety.

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field is required. 3-5 years experience in Food Plant Manufacturing (Maintenance, Production, or Quality) is also necessary.
