N-iX is seeking a Lead QA Automation Architect to drive the transformation of automated testing for an international Passenger Information Systems leader. You will design and implement a scalable framework, collaborate with embedded, OS, and hardware teams, and mentor senior engineers from Europe to ensure robust QA across multiple hardware platforms.

This role will begin with an on-site discovery phase in Europe, then guide the automation strategy and integration into CI/CD pipelines,

Formación

• 7+ years in QA Automation or Test Architecture.
• Design and build automation frameworks for complex systems.
• Proficient in Python and Pytest.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Jenkins CI/CD.
• Strong Linux-based embedded environment knowledge.
• Familiar with HIL testing and embedded hardware validation.
• Excellent problem solving and collaboration across teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery phase to assess current testing landscape.
• Design scalable automation framework for embedded Passenger Information Systems.
• Define testing strategy for software and hardware validation.
• Build automated validation above MQTT-PIS layer using Python.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with HIL environments.
• Mentor Senior QA Engineer and establish standards.
• Present roadmaps and progress updates to leadership and clients.
