Qualifications

• Lead a team of at least 3 engineers.
• 5+ years Python development with API/integration exp.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks.
• Strong observability and production troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the integration team and ownership of backend features.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python/Django services.
• Build integrations with KYC, geolocation, payments, and other partners.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in on-call.
