You will be part of a highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team. The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, policy-compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
  2. Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  3. Conduct eligibility checks to ensure prospects are suitable for acquisition.
  4. Stay updated on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  5. Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to the sales team’s needs.
  6. Deliver a set of leads based on quarterly targets.
  7. Provide weekly reports and analysis of work in a presentable format.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: C2 level of French and C1 English.
  • At least 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research within the French market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and familiar with AI tools.
  • Experience analyzing market trends and understanding small business environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to apply insights to improve outreach.
  • Understanding of French cultural nuances, regional differences, and market fragmentation.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
