The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, policy-compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
Responsibilities
- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Conduct eligibility checks to ensure prospects are suitable for acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to the sales team’s needs.
- Deliver a set of leads based on quarterly targets.
- Provide weekly reports and analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of French and C1 English.
- At least 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research within the French market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and familiar with AI tools.
- Experience analyzing market trends and understanding small business environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to apply insights to improve outreach.
- Understanding of French cultural nuances, regional differences, and market fragmentation.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
