Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven New Business Sales Development professional to join our Acquisition Marketing team. You will prospect high-quality leads, evaluate companies, and qualify opportunities for our internal sales partners across European markets.

This full-time hybrid role requires Hebrew and English at C2, 2+ years in digital advertising or market research focused on the Israeli market, and a Bachelor's in Marketing or Business.

Formación

• 2+ years in digital advertising or market research focused on the Israeli market.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills including pivot tables, macros, and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and market trend analysis for Israeli SMBs.
• High accuracy with attention to detail; reporting and data handling.
• Experience with reports, databases, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with limited supervision.
• Ability to integrate AI into workflow and translate insights for outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for New Business Sales teams.
• Company evaluation using provided guidelines and online tools.
• Company qualification using internal tools to ensure eligibility.
• Monitor industry news and trends to guide prospecting.
• Plan lead sourcing areas with sales program needs and seasonality.
• Deliver a set of leads against quarterly targets.
• Provide weekly reporting/analysis in a presentable format.
