A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive business transformation initiatives, focusing on finance processes in a hybrid work environment in Barcelona. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience managing transformation projects and strong communication skills, with occasional travel to the UK and Poland.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering transformation projects with finance/IT scope.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable with hybrid work (3+ days/week from office).

• Lead end-to-end delivery of key business change projects.
• Collaborate across Finance, Tech, Procurement, Legal, and People teams.
• Plan, execute, manage risks, and report on projects.

What you’ll do : Lead end-to-end delivery of key business change projects (people, process, and systems) Collaborate across Finance, Tech, Procurement, Legal, and People teams Work with senior stakeholders across IAG’s operating companies Own planning, execution, risk management, and reporting Shape and drive change in a fast-paced, multinational environment What we’re looking for : 5+ years delivering transformation projects, ideally with finance / IT scope Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing cross-functional, virtual teams Fluent in
