N26 is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Conversational Banking in Barcelona. You will own a high-value capability end-to-end—from discovery to measurable resolution outcomes—bridging applied AI, banking operations and regulation.

You will lead a senior team, shaping how millions of clients receive proactive, voice- or channel-based support, and scale a regulated, customer-centric platform ethically and audibly.

Formación

• Three or more years in product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with AI-powered, conversational, or automation products.
• Strong analytical fluency; define metrics and work with data.
• Bias toward evidence and ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast-moving programme.

• Lead discovery by analyzing real client drivers and operational data to form evidence-based problem statements.
• Ship agentic capabilities, collaborating with engineering and AI teams to move journeys toward autonomous resolution with guardrails.
• Instrument and defend metrics for resolution quality and efficiency, including counter metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, service partners, and other product teams to ensure alignment with real workflows.
• Design capabilities with compliance, auditability, and client protection in mind from the start.

As Product Manager for Conversational Banking at N26, you own a high-value capability end-to-end, from discovery to measurable resolution outcomes. You will bridge applied AI, banking operations, and regulation to ship autonomous, actuator-like journeys that reduce human intervention. You join a small senior team with leadership access from day one, shaping how millions of clients receive proactive, voice- or channel-based support. This role offers autonomy to advance infrastructure you help build and scale a regulated, customer-centric platform. You’ll contribute to a system that moves from answering to acting while staying compliant and auditable.

• Own a defined capability area within the programme, including roadmap, delivery, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery by analyzing real client drivers and operational data to form evidence-based problem statements.
