About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to make our portfolio of apps enterprise-ready, including managing Atlassian Forge platform adoption, FedRAMP readiness, and strategic non-functional requirements. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, you will translate customer needs into platform solutions and develop strategies to position our apps for large organizations worldwide. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and support teams.

This role offers remote work or office-based work in Poland or Bulgaria, with periodic travel to Atlassian offices, trade shows, or company events.

Your everyday tasks will include:

1. Overall product management for our enterprise strategy
2. Providing technical vision based on market analysis and customer interviews
3. Leading product roadmap creation and execution
4. Developing and delivering marketplace strategies
5. Partnering with stakeholders for successful product delivery
6. Establishing and tracking KPIs for adoption and costs
7. Reporting progress and developing remediation plans

Skills and experience you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (required); MBA (preferred)
• 3+ years software engineering experience
• 7+ years product management experience
• 2+ years using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• 2+ years managing SaaS products
• 3+ years using product analytics tools
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and AWS is highly desired
• Understanding of development concepts
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
