• Scaled a successful exchange with revenue/gross profit growth.
• Hands-on: writes product specs and executes, including code or AI-assisted coding.
• Strong communicator credible with C-level leaders at publishers and demand partners.
• Demonstrated AI experience with practical workflows and measurable results in the last 12 months.
• Strong data analysis: pull and interrogate exchange performance data by partner.
• Curious and resilient, thriving in dynamic, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the top exchange relationships with C-level leaders of publishers and demand partners.
• Represent the exchange commercially and on product.
• Run exchange operations above agreed gross-profit margins while growing profit QoQ.
• Implement the exchange's operational framework in full.
• Decide which projects move exchange performance and in what order.
• Write the product requirements and vision for the exchange; contribute hands-on.
• Test and improve auction components; analyze results and automate where possible.
• Collaborate with exchange leadership to support demand and exchange initiatives.
