Job summary

BidMachine Exchange is seeking a Head of Exchange Product & Operations to own the commercial and operational performance of its programmatic exchange. The role involves senior-level relationships with publishers and demand partners, and hands-on contribution including code or AI-assisted coding.

You will set priorities, write the product vision, and run tests to improve the auction, while driving automation and profitability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI experience in product workflows and optimization.
• Strong data analysis capability with ability to interrogate performance by partner.
• Proven track record scaling a programmatic exchange or SSP.

Responsibilities

• Own the top exchange relationships with publishers and demand partners.
• Represent the exchange commercially and on product with senior partners.
• Run exchange operations above agreed gross-profit margins while growing gross profit.
• Implement the exchange's operational framework in full.
• Write the product requirements and vision for the exchange.
