Cleo in Spain is hiring Lead Product Designers (IC) to own design across key pillars, including Borrow and Subscribers. You’ll work with a product manager and a cross-functional squad to shape a bold, user-centered vision and translate it into polished UI.

You are a senior, outcomes-driven designer with fintech experience, capable of rapid ideation, rigorous testing, and close collaboration with engineers and marketers to drive growth.

Formación

• Senior+ level with growth-focused mindset.
• Experience in consumer-facing fintech or personal finance products.
• Mobile app design work with a track record of high-quality execution in fast-paced, product-led environments.
• Outcome-focused design approach balancing business goals and user experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new product opportunities by understanding user problems and trends.
• Lead early-stage ideation, sketch bold directions, prototype concepts.
• Run lean research and testing to validate or de-risk assumptions.
• Unite squad around a shared vision and communicate it effectively.
• Execute polished UI designs in close collaboration with developers.
