Enginy is a Barcelona-based startup hiring a Senior Product Designer to build from problem to real user outcomes. You will own end-to-end initiatives, prototype rapidly, and design the entire user journey with engineers and founders. You’ll evolve the design system, push quality, and mentor junior designers to grow with the team.

The role emphasizes autonomy, direct impact, and a data-informed approach in shaping a scalable product for a dynamic SaaS environment.

Formación

• Several years shipping real B2B products that people use, ideally SaaS with complex data or workflows.
• A maker: you prototype instead of debating, you can build a working version of your ideas (HTML/CSS/JS, React, or whatever you use).
• Strong craft: interaction and visual design that is sharp, fast, and considered on dense UI.
• Product thinker: you care about usability and business impact, using data and customer conversations.
• Opinionated and easy to work with: you say what you think, justify it briefly, adapt when evidence says so.
• Curious about AI, sales, and how outbound actually works.
