Aily Labs is a B2B SaaS company delivering an AI-powered decision intelligence app for enterprises. We are seeking Principal Data Scientists and AI Engineers who thrive at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI to ensure AI solves the right problems with measurable impact.

You will lead production-grade GenAI systems, ground agents in business data, and work across finance, supply chain, R&D, and more to drive real-time insights and decisions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in data science, AI, or ML leadership.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, design, and maintain AI-driven solutions across multiple workstreams to solve complex business challenges.
• Own delivery across several projects: shape the roadmap, scope initiatives, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Communicate and align with senior internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities and guiding strategy.
• Provide leadership for the Data Science team: mentor, set modelling/evaluation standards, drive cross-functional impact.
