Aily Labs is seeking Principal Data Scientists and AI Engineers to drive AI-powered decision intelligence for enterprise clients. You will lead AI initiatives across finance, supply chain, R&D and more, ensuring alignment with business goals.

We expect 7+ years of experience at the intersection of business, analytics and AI, with strong communication and leadership skills. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with office days in Madrid or Barcelona.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in AI, data science or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project AI initiatives with business impact.
• Strong communication with product, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, design, and maintain AI-driven solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Own delivery across several projects, shape roadmaps with PM/Eng, manage dependencies.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and influence strategy across domains.
• Provide leadership for the Data Science team: mentor, define standards, drive delivery.
