Safeguard Global in Spain seeks a Product Manager to lead a diverse team focused on global workforce enablement. You will shape product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and work with engineering, design, data and business teams to deliver impactful solutions within quarterly horizons.

You will partner with marketing, sales and customer success to launch products, define success metrics, and ensure alignment with regulatory considerations while maintaining a strong customer focus and 3-6 month

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent communication across executive to team levels.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with product discovery techniques and problem solving.
• Commercial awareness with impact on revenue and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Lead discovery to understand customer problems and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data and business teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear value storytelling and buy-in.
• Drive go-to-market plans and measure adoption with KPIs.
