Formación

  • Experience in at least one programming language supported by OpenTelemetry (e.g., Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, .NET).
  • Strong interest and experience in observability, including documentation and blogging.
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Honeycomb.
  • Expertise in Java instrumentation techniques (bytecode manipulation, JVM internals, Java agents).
  • Understanding of reliability, high availability, and stability in production environments.
  • Knowledge of operational risks in financial institutions and developing resilient solutions.
  • Experience in system and software security (SSO, LDAP, Kerberos, Windows AD).
  • Proven automation skills to improve workflows.

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Lead OpenTelemetry Developer!

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop OpenTelemetry-Based Solutions: Integrate OpenTelemetry with various observability platforms.
  2. Write Documentation: Create comprehensive guides for instrumenting applications and using observability tools.
  3. Improve Application Observability: Build dashboards and guide monitoring practices.
  4. Promote Best Practices: Educate teams on OpenTelemetry, semantic conventions, and related technologies.
  5. Lead and Coach Teams: Provide mentorship and lead initiatives in monitoring and observability.
  6. Develop Monitoring Frameworks: Create end-to-end flow monitoring and alerting solutions.
  7. Automate Upgrades and Change Management: Develop automated solutions to enhance stability and speed.
