Pasiona Consulting busca un arquitecto/a de red con experiencia para liderar el diseño, construcción y alineación estratégica de soluciones de red global para una empresa transnacional de servicios financieros. Desarrollarás documentación, estándares y roadmaps de tecnología, actuando como líder técnico en iniciativas de infraestructura y migraciones a la nube.

Se requiere experiencia avanzada en redes, seguridad y soluciones SD-WAN/SDN, con disponibilidad para viajes y soporte fuera de horas.

Qualificações

• 5–8 años de experiencia en ingeniería de red L3.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en arquitectura de red diseñando soluciones globales en entornos grandes o regulados.
• Título de Ingeniería o experiencia práctica equivalente; preferible máster.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y alinear soluciones de arquitectura de red a nivel global para un negocio transnacional.
• Mantener documentación de arquitectura, estándares y roadmaps tecnológicos.
• Liderar iniciativas de infraestructura global, migraciones a la nube y soluciones de voz.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico de escalamiento (L3/L4) para incidentes críticos.

Descripción del puesto / Funciones

Lead the end-to-end design, build, and strategic alignment of global network architecture solutions for a transnational financial services business. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, network diagrams, and long-term technology roadmaps. Act as the technical lead across global infrastructure initiatives, including office moves, security enhancements, cloud migrations, and voice solution deployments. Provide L3/L4 technical escalation support for critical network incidents and guide complex troubleshooting. Drive network automation for asset compliance, security hardening, and operational efficiency. Oversee operational handovers, process improvements, vendor management, and collaboration across cross-functional, multi-regional teams. Mentor, train, and guide junior and peer engineering team members to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing

Requisitos mínimos

• Experience:5–8 years of L3 Network Engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of Network Architecture experience designing global solutions in large, complex, or regulated environments.
• Education: Engineering Degree or equivalent practical experience (Master's degree preferred).
• Core Technical Skills: Routing & Switching / Architecture: Deep expertise in Internet, Intranet, Extranet, WAN, LAN, MAN, VPN, SD-WAN, SDN, and SASE solutions.
• Network Security: Strong background in Firewalls, IPS, DDoS mitigation, Proxies, B2B VPN, and application security controls.
• Application & Delivery Networking: Load Balancing, WAF, QoS, and interoperation between cloud-based and branch/end-user networks.
• Core IP & Directory Services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP, Active Directory, Certificates, and Cloud Identity Management.
• Hosting & Remote Access: Hands-on knowledge of On-Prem, Colo, SaaS, PaaS, and remote access solutions (VPN Gateways, Citrix).
• Documentation: Advanced skills in producing technical diagrams and architectural documentation (e.G., Visio, PowerPoint).
• Methodologies & Soft Skills: Proven leadership, solution design, and matrixed organization collaboration across multiple geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Willingness to provide out-of-hours support and participate in international business travel as needed.

Requisitos valorablesCertifications:

Professional or expert-level certifications in Cisco (e.G., CCNP/CCIE), Palo Alto, Aruba, Cloud (AWS/Azure), or Network Security.

Voice & Contact Center Solutions: Experience with enterprise voice networks (SIP, GSIP) and contact center infrastructure support.

Advanced & Next-Gen Technologies: Exposure to distributed cloud network design, network automation frameworks, AI integration, and next-generation networking tools.
