Avec une solide expertise en Flutter ou des technologies similaires, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition des architectures et l'encadrement des équipes. Un contrat permanent avec une rémunération compétitive est proposé, avec possibilité de travail à distance depuis n'importe où en Espagne.

Formación

• Expérience solide en développement mobile avec Flutter ou iOS/React Native.
• Compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit.

Labhouse is a young and fast-growing startup focused on developing and publishing Entertainment & Productivity Apps, using the latest Mobile & AI technologies. We are looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to join our talented team and take the lead in shaping our products' development

We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Mobile Developer who will play a pivotal role in our development team. As a lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment. You will define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our apps are built on scalable, efficient, and innovative architectures.

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering , or a related technical field.

Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart , with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps.

Alternatively, solid experience developing apps with iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or React Native , and a strong motivation to transition into Flutter and master it.

Solid understanding of infrastructure with AWS and / or GCP , including architecture design, deployment, and scalability.

Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations.

Ability to define and implement coding standards, best practices , and scalable architectures.

Ability to guide and upskill junior developers, fostering their growth and performance.

Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Eye for detail and a product-first mindset , with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

Communication : Good level of spoken and written English.

Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Typescript, Python, Node.js, Java).

Experience launching personal or side projects, especially apps.

Native iOS development experience is highly valued.

Remote work from anywhere in Spain. If you are based in Barcelona, we would love for you to join us at the office (Barcelona Tech City) at least two days a week.

Permanent contract with competitive compensation.
