Unilever's Leioa plant in the Basque Country is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Specialist to own plant improvement projects from concept through implementation, driving efficiency, safety and operational improvements on the factory floor.

You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams, as well as suppliers and contractors, while engaging with global engineering networks. This hands-on role offers a path to project leadership in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Able to lead projects and work independently.
• Experience with P&ID, Microstation, AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from definition to delivery with scope, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on safety and regulatory plans.
• Oversee daily execution, issue permits and manage CAPEX alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global engineering networks.
