We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer responsible for all technical activities related to the design of static mechanical equipment such as Pressure Vessels, to join our team based in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and calculations of pressure vessels, storage tanks, drums, columns, heat exchangers, etc., according to codes like ASME, TEMA, API, AD-Merkblatt.
2. Prepare technical specifications, material requisitions, and documents for purchase orders.
3. Conduct technical bid tabulations and analyze offers.
4. Review vendor drawings and documents for accuracy and compliance.
5. Coordinate with other disciplines to define placement of nozzles, supports, platforms, etc., on vessels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Mechanical or Materials.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas industries.
• Knowledge of codes and standards such as ASME, TEMA, API, ASTM, AD-Merkblatt.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
