YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to manage our biggest and most strategic market: Spain!

THE JOURNEY

  • Lead local acquisition and retention projects, from ideation to execution, in complete autonomy working with the cross-functional global and local teams (Brand, Media, CRM, Loyalty & Promotion, Q-commerce, Pricing…) for a seamless implementation to deliver the agreed Growth goals.
  • Be the main country point of contact for all departments, creating advocacy and consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be the owner of the budget and P&L: Forecast and assess the impact of all initiatives on the Growth budget and country P&L, ensuring the most efficient and effective allocation of resources.
  • Be the owner of the growth funnel: Track key Growth metrics vs target, identify insights, and define the analysis and test agenda to scale what’s working and fix what’s not working, providing the appropriate visibility to the Regional Marketing Director plus local and HQ stakeholders.
  • Be the guardian of the brand in the country: Coordinate the creation of inspiring designs, content, and campaigns that will build the business’s brand, driving acquisition and engagement, while ensuring that the brand’s standards are maintained across all channels.
  • Build success stories and best practices to be shared with other regional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Study background focused on Business Administration/Marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Growth/Marketing, project manager, and brand/product manager roles, comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
  • Strong consumer understanding skills, business acumen, and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation to implementation).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights from data into actions.
  • Knowledge of paid, owned, and earned media channels (online, offline).
  • Familiarity with budget management, and comfortable tracking and reporting on established growth KPIs.
  • Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or SQL (Nice to Have).
  • Proficiency in English. Spanish and other EU languages will be valued.
