Infront invites an experienced Team Lead IT Operations to join our Madrid office. You'll lead a hands-on infra and operations team of 5–6 engineers, ensuring 24/7 coverage in collaboration with our Germany-based operations group.

The role spans Linux and Windows environments, with AWS and OCI as primary clouds. You will drive automation, monitoring, and incident response, while mentoring engineers and shaping secure, reliable IT services.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Linux experience and Windows is a plus.
• Experience leading or coordinating an IT operations team.
• Troubleshooting Linux, cloud, container, and infra issues.
• Solid networking, OS, and production dependency understanding.
• Experience with AWS; OCI is a plus; Kubernetes experience.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
• Monitoring/observability expertise with Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch or Zabbix.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• ITSM/ITIL knowledge, incident/problem/change management.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a 5–6 engineers team while staying hands-on.
• Coordinate on-call rotation and 24/7 coverage with the German team.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex infra incidents.
• Drive automation and standardization via IaC and scripting.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting across services.
• Own cloud infrastructure operations (AWS and OCI).
• Drive service delivery against SLAs, incidents, problems, and changes.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
