InnoIT Consulting in Barcelona seeks an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to own day-to-day cloud stability and reliability across Azure and AWS. You will drive automation, implement IaC, and oversee CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with multiple teams in a hybrid Barcelona-based setting.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud infrastructure and strong leadership. We offer a hybrid model, competitive salary, and professional growth opportunities within an international consultancy.

Formación

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps and operations.
• Hands-on Azure and AWS experience.
• Expertise in Terraform, Bicep or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD tooling with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, YAML or KQL.
• Knowledge of networking, IAM, data stores and security controls.
• Familiar with Agile and ITIL service management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish and French are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Define cloud infrastructure strategy and objectives.
• Manage cloud operations, monitoring, performance, and incidents.
• Implement and maintain IaC with Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation.
• Oversee automated deployment tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate testing, validation and deployment across environments.
• Manage cloud configurations, security controls and Policy-as-Code.
• Enable self-service automation for provisioning.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure with minimal downtime.
• Document changes, runbooks and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, security teams and vendors.
• Report status and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
