Opdenergy, a growing renewable energy producer, seeks a Contract Manager to join the Madrid team. You will link Project Management with EPC contractors, ensuring contractual alignment during project execution and overseeing supplier contracts across the execution phase.

The role requires about 5 years in contract or project management in renewables, experience with EPC contractors on utility-scale projects, strong stakeholder coordination, and a high level of English.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• Around 5 years of experience in contract management, project management or similar roles within the renewable energy sector.
• Solid experience working with EPC contractors in utility-scale projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
• Good understanding of project execution and contractual frameworks.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key link between Project Management and EPC contractors, ensuring contractual alignment throughout project execution.
• Manage and oversee EPC and key supplier contracts during the execution phase of renewable energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, deadlines and deliverables, closely tracking project progress.
• Monitor contractor performance, including KPIs, quality standards and technical requirements, in coordination with project teams.
• Lead the management of contractual matters, including claims, variations and dispute resolution during construction.
• Drive project execution from a contractual perspective, ensuring alignment between technical, construction and legal teams.
• Identify contractual risks and proactively define mitigation strategies to protect project delivery.
• Contribute to contract negotiation and ensure continuous and effective contract management throughout the execution phase.
