an engineering company specialized in providing comprehensive structural engineering services and execution projects; in addition to, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Electromechanical designs; based in Spain with offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and United Kingdom.

We are looking for a Lead Interior Designer – FF&E with the following requirements :

Team Support

• Someone who demonstrates a passionate love for Interior Architecture & Design
• Someone who will work alongside the Directors of Hesco to lead numerous and varied FF&E projects, with the current FF&E Team.
• A confident, loyal, trustworthy and extremely organised individual who has confidence with client facing, networking with suppliers and project teams.

Skills & Experience

• At least 15 years post-graduate experience in the luxury residential sector.
• Full proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite & Autocad.
• Experience working on all aspects of FF&E projects across all FF&E packages from concept to completion.
• Understanding of project programs and deadlines and adherence to them.
• Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.
• Great worldwide supplier and product knowledge (all FF&E packages).
• Broad knowledge of materiality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
• An exceptional eye for quality, colour, and attention to detail.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE :

• Strong knowledge of both Interior Architecture and FF&E, with the technical understanding to support working across both sides of the business.
• Lead and direct the creative and conceptual stages of the project alongside the senior design team.
• Ability to inspire new ideas, source new furniture, antiques, sculptures, art, and bring original thoughts to the studio.
• Design and develop bespoke furniture including case pieces, upholstery, lighting, and joinery.
• Deliver strong pitches or presentations with confidence in public speaking.

Design + Project Management

• Confidence and experience in skilled space planning.
• Ensure seamless service delivery to clients with exceptional communication.
• Manage large and complex FF&E budgets.
• Attend internal design team meetings and assist designers on conceptual and technical design aspects.
• Establish detailed project timelines with internal milestones and lead kick-off and wrap-up meetings.
