About the role

We seek a Full-time Lead Instructor for our Data Science & Machine Learning Bootcamp in our Remote campus. If you're passionate about data, machine learning, and teaching, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire academic experience of the bootcamp.
2. Teach remotely on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with specified CET timings.
3. Manage Teaching Assistants to support student success.
4. Foster a safe, supportive, and energetic community adaptable to various learning styles.
5. Challenge students to think strategically and turn ideas into user experience solutions.
6. Inspire students to identify passions and pursue continuous learning.
7. Collaborate with Program and Outcomes Managers to support students' professional goals.
8. Administer assessments and provide timely feedback.
9. Teach core topics like Python, data handling, SQL, ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
10. Lead practical projects to equip students with job-ready skills.
11. Ensure mastery of program outcomes such as deploying ML models and understanding MLOps.
12. Collaborate with Curriculum Engineers and the global team on curriculum development and rollout.
13. Create engaging course content including lessons, exercises, and mini-projects.

Community Building

Foster a vibrant community through participation in events and ongoing support beyond the course.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field, with leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about data technologies and teaching.
• Experienced with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven ability to create innovative techniques and materials.
• Capable of adjusting lesson plans based on student success and challenges.
• Skilled in giving clear instructions and organizing activities with guidance.
• Experienced in team management and motivation.
• Organized, reliable, open to feedback, and eager to mentor others in the tech community.
